• Discord Information: When you log in with Discord, we collect your user ID, username, avatar, banner, global name, and discriminator. This is used to create and identify your SYFER account. We do not have access to your Discord password.
• User-Generated Content: We store the information you voluntarily provide, such as your Farlight 84 profile image, player number, and any highlights you upload.
• Subscription and Payment Data: For users who purchase a subscription, we collect your subscription tier (e.g., Legend or Mythic) and the start/end dates. We do not process or store any of your payment information (e.g., credit card details). Payments are handled by a third-party service (Gumroad).
• Usage and Interaction Data: We track your last login date, your verification status, and your membership status in our Discord server. This helps us ensure you have the correct access to features. We also collect anonymized data on highlight views and reactions to provide community statistics.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to operate and enhance the SYFER platform:

• Account Management: To enable you to log in, manage your profile, and display your information to other users.
• Service Delivery: To display your uploaded highlights and Farlight 84 profile on our website and in our Discord bot.
• Feature Functionality: To provide and manage premium subscription perks, track your eligibility for giveaways and tournaments, and assign Discord roles.
• Moderation and Safety: To enforce our Terms of Service and ensure a safe community by tracking banned status and preventing abuse.

3. Your Data and the SYFER Discord Server

Our website and the SYFER Discord server are integrated. Your data is tied to your Discord account. If you leave the official SYFER Discord server, our automated system will detect your departure. All of your personal data stored on our platform—including your profile, highlights, and subscription records—will be permanently deleted. This action is irreversible.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We only share data with service providers to the extent necessary to operate the platform. For example, some data is shared with Discord via their API to provide login and server features. We may also disclose information if required by law or in good faith to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

5. Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is ever 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use session-based cookies for authentication to keep you logged in. These are essential for the website's functionality. We do not use advertising, marketing, or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Children’s Privacy

SYFER is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use our services. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

You have control over your data:

• Access: You can view and manage your stored profile information and highlights on your account page.
• Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the account page. This is a permanent action.
• Revoke Access: You can revoke SYFER’s authorization to your Discord account at any time through your Discord User Settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and notify you through our Discord server. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
